Where do I get the HYYP Home App?

The HYYP Home App is downloaded from the Google Play Store.  Search for HYYP.

Once this is downloaded you can set up the App as a Main Admin User, or as a guest user on another persons site.

Will the HYYP Home App allow me to control any manufactures panel if I have a HYYP Hub attached to it?

No - In order to control your alarm panel via the HYYP App you require an IDS X-Series alarm panel (with firmware 2.5 or later) and this alarm panel must be connected to the HYYP Hub via the serial connector cable.

Should you not have an DIS X-Series alarm panel, contact your monitoring company to request an upgrade or Contact Us (bottom of page) for further information.
